Infrared 100

The Hekla Infrared 100 sauna offers a stylish and simple-to-use pathway to enhanced well-being. Designed for a single user, this compact heat therapy solution transforms any space into a personal wellness escape.Unlike traditional saunas, infrared technology heats the body directly rather than warming the surrounding air, operating at a lower temperature range of 95°F–140°F. This allows the infrared light rays to penetrate deep into the skin and muscle layers, efficiently raising your core body temperature and generating an intense sweat, providing a comfortable experience without sacrificing therapeutic benefits.Once installed, the sauna is quick to heat and simple to operate. The internal control panel allows you to customize your session, not only by setting the precise temperature but also by creating the perfect atmosphere. Enjoy chromotherapy LED lighting options, integrated speakers, and USB/Bluetooth connectivity to turn the pod into your own personal sanctuary. All Hekla Infrared saunas are built with a sleek black external veneer and a carefully crafted interior of thermo Aspen wood.
